I have been coming to Eartone Hearing Aid Center for about 5 years. Rina is always pleasant and professional. She has a great customer service attitude and I know that my questions or concerns will always be addressed. I got my hearing aids 2 years ago and Rina fitted me with the perfect hearing aids! Purchased my first set of hearing aids a month ago from Eartone Hearing Aid Center in San Mate audiologist, Rina listened closely to my needs and recommended the Oticon Real 1. Rina was very cordial and professional during my recent visit to evaluate my hearing loss.  However, after receiving a quote on one of the hearing aids purchased through EARTONE, I did some comparison shopping and discovered that not only was there an online site on which I could receive a substantial discount on the same aids but that my health insurer also provides referrals to companies that that they have negotiated discounts with of up to a 37.5% discount on the same aids.  Needless to say I plan to exercise my discount on hearing aids through one of the referred companies.
