Hi, I’m Chelsea, the Office Manager here at Eartone Hearing Aid Center 

I’ve spent years working in both customer service and healthcare, and what matters most to me is making sure every person who walks through our doors feels genuinely welcomed, informed, and cared for.

On any given day, you’ll find me keeping the office running smoothly, coordinating appointments, helping with hearing aid services, and guiding patients through their care journey, from paperwork to questions to next steps. If you ever need help, reassurance, or just someone to explain things in plain English, I’m your girl.

A little about me outside the office: I’m a huge 49ers fan, I’ll never say no to a medium-rare grade A steak, and if I could hop on a plane tomorrow, I’d be headed to the Philippines. My all-time favorite TV series is The Challenge - I love anything with a bit of competition and grit.
